Icelandic show "Trapped" S2 episode 9 English subtitles not working.

Is anyone else having issues like I am with S2ep9's subtitles not appearing?  I have been waiting patiently for Season 2 to pop up somewhere to stream and finally it showed up on Roku, I was beyond ecstatic as I was behind on this season.  I finished episode 8 last week and was excited to jump into these last two episodes, but in a completely different turn of suspense, Episode 9's subtitles aren't working for whatsoever!

I've been using the Roku app on my phone, my tv (samsung tv) and also attempting via web browser on my laptop.  No luck anywhere, I feel certain that its not my setup and that its very likely from the source material at Roku.  I tried chatting with Roku last week but there was no positive progress on diagnosing the actual issue.

Is anyone else having this issue, or can attempt it to verify if they are seeing the same problem I am.  This could help knowing if others are experiencing the same issue and Roku experts could look into the issue if the problem is really on their side.
