I called MLB.TV to cancel my subscription but they said talk to Roku since I purchased it through Roku. However I can’t talk to Roku since they don’t have a phone number and their phone mailbox seems to be a black hole. I can’t cancel it through my TV and I am now out of $150 that I want back.

Did you log into your account at https://my.roku.com to see what subscriptions you have through Roku? Keep in mind that if you have (or have ever had) multiple Roku devices you may have multiple Roku accounts. You'll have to check each one. You can find what account a Roku device is linked to by checking under Settings->System->About.
