Halloween Flix app stuck on logo screen

On the Roku Store, the channel, Just Horror Channel has been advertised. I've downloaded it now several times and in all instances, when I open the app its just a logo with nothing on it Halloween flix has been updated but not Just Horror it's only on 1.9 This has been here for the last 5 years. I do not understand how Roku can allow channels to advertise on your platform yet not work. Does anyone at Roku even try to see if these channels are legit?

PLEASE do not tell me to contact the provider. The "provider" does not come up in any google searches that I have tried.

    It looks like when you try to open the Halloween Flix app, it gets stuck on the logo screen. Let's try the following steps that might help to fix the issue.

    1. Check your Wi-FI connection (Go to Settings > System > About to check the Wi-Fi status)
    2. Rest your Wi-Fi or router (Unplug from power, wait 10 seconds, and plug back in
    3. Restart your Roku device (Settings > System > Power > System restart)
    4. Try again to remove and reinstall the app.
    5. Check for app Updates (Highlight the app, press the star button, select check for updates)
