It looks like when you try to open the Halloween Flix app, it gets stuck on the logo screen. Let's try the following steps that might help to fix the issue.
- Check your Wi-FI connection (Go to Settings > System > About to check the Wi-Fi status)
- Rest your Wi-Fi or router (Unplug from power, wait 10 seconds, and plug back in)
- Restart your Roku device (Settings > System > Power > System restart)
- Try again to remove and reinstall the app.
- Check for app Updates (Highlight the app, press the star button, select check for updates)
