Unable to install Claro TV
I’ve been trying to install Claro TV or Claro Video, but I cannot find it on my Roku Streaming 4K device.
i have a Sharp TV with Roku and it’s available and works there.

You mentioned that you're unable to install the Claro TV app on your Roku Streaming Stick 4K.
Can you share where you're currently located, and what model number of the Roku device this app is available?
In the meantime, try restarting the affected Roku device and searching for the app on the left-hand navigation on your Roku home screen.

I have a Roku Ultra. I am located in Tampa, Florida.
The Claro TV app works fine on a Fire Tv. So connectivity is not the issue. It’s that I cannot find the actual Claro TV app on streaming store. If I search for the app it does not show up.

Where are you located? Are both Rokus connected to the same account?
For example, I see a Claro Video app in Mexico channel store, but I don't see one in the US channel store.
