Unable to install Claro TV

I’ve been trying to install Claro TV or Claro Video, but I cannot find it on my Roku Streaming 4K device. i have a Sharp TV with Roku and it’s available and works there.

I have a Roku Ultra. I am located in Tampa, Florida.

The Claro TV app works fine on a Fire Tv. So connectivity is not the issue. It’s that I cannot find the actual Claro TV app on streaming store. If I search for the app it does not show up.
