Can’t connect to Xfinity stream. Message says “We’ve run into a problem while streaming.”

Can’t connect to Xfinity streaming. Message says “ We’ve run into a problem while streaming.” Tried disconnecting the power and restarting. No success.

    It appears you're having problems with Xfinity Stream, which displays an error message. Thank you for trying to restart it yourself. 

    Just a heads-up: Most Roku apps are developed and maintained by the app providers themselves. For this issue, it's best to contact the app provider directly for help.

    Roku Community Team
