BritBox Subscription Upgrade Error message
I’m using the Britbox app with my subscription. I tried to upgrade to “premium” inside the app but received the following message:
“This Britbox account is associated with a different ROKU pay account. Please login with your ROKU account to manage your subscription”.
However, I’m logged into my ROKU account account already and my subscription is through ROKU.
What does this message actually mean?
