Greetings, Jerzeyguy​!

It seems like you're also experiencing the issue. Can you please try connecting your Roku device to a mobile hotspot and see if that helps? 

If the issue persists, we may need your device details so we can further investigate.

  • Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times when the issue occurs)
