I was having this issue, couldn’t update. Now my Roku is stuck on the purple screen/bouncing logo. Have tried unplugging, using a different HDMI port, using a different tv, and factory reset.
please help- feeling super frustrated that I’m paying for premium channels that I’m not able to watch for several weeks now
even after factory reset I get bouncing logo, no joy.
