Hi, I JUST purchased a brand new Roku - 65" Class Pro Series and have encountered this issue upon setup. I've attempted various network connections, multiple restarts, recycles, and resets, none of which have worked in bypassing or solving errod 004.
What can i do from here? Should i return the Roku?

If I were in your position I would take it back instead of trying to struggle through finding something that might work. I don't think Roku ever came up with a definite fix, or seem interested in helping. If you can't get it to work out of the box it's just wasting your time.
