I cannot update..I have turned off router and Roku but no good..wifi is working fine for everything else...it's been three days and I am paying for streaming services and can't use them..I cannot reach settings as that screen won't come up any more???what can I do

Try Unplugging the device for a few seconds When it boots up you should have an option to update later choose that and you should be able to watch your apps
