  • Device info (Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker & GC (Press Home 5x, Back 5x)
  • Home zip code or TV location
  • Send us a photo or video of the issue you're experiencing.

Also, let us know:

  1. Which live TV channels are being impacted? Please provide the channel name and number (e.g., Fox on channel 2.8, or AMC+ on 330).
  2. How many channels are having the issue?
  3. When exactly does the issue happen? As soon as you open the channel?
  4. How long does the issue last?

    RE: Also, let us know:

See list at end for one location (44116) I will provide other location at a later date (44870)

    All OTA\Antenna channels

On power up. Fails 80% of the time. If you select a channel via the guide it will populate all of the sub-channels for that base channel.

I have also noticed a behavior where the information is populated past the end of day (midnight). At approximately 8:30pm all the information past 9pm is cleared. This behavior has occurred 3   times in the 44870 zip-code.

    Channels affected in 44116 zip-code;

    3.1-8, 5.1-6, 8.1-4, 16.1-4, 19.1-10, 25.1-9 35.1-3, 35.12 43.1-3, 55.1-6 61.3-6

All channels guide shows" no information  available". Apparently I'm not the only one having same issue by following other users topics. Please find the below with all the information " about" Roku. System got restarted, updated l, disconnected and connected again. Cables checked. The issue seems to be from the Roku side. Kindly advice or update with some patch software ver. to fix.

    Model: 55R5G

    Hardware ID: GF04X

    Software ver. 14.1

    Device ID: S0HX934LKJ5U

      Welcome, casey0.

      Thanks for sharing this here!

Could you share some more info about the issue?

      • Do you see “No Information” immediately, or does it happen after a certain amount of time?
      • Are you using an antenna? If so, are the antenna channels showing no information?
      • Lastly, can you send us a photo? (If possible)

In the meantime, try performing a software update on your Roku TV to see if there are any changes.

      Keep us posted!

Hello, the issue is happening again, kindly have a look as this is for sure from your server side.

  • I have bought 2 Roku Select TVs for my parents, I set them both up and handled all the updates/account stuff. They've been overall pretty great but I cannot stress how absolutely broken the Live TV/Antenna TV situation is. In both TVs they "forget" antenna channels after you turn the TV off.

Yes, this behavior was the case out of the box, yes, it's fully updated, yes, I did a full system restart, yes I set "Live TV" as the default startup input, yes I renamed "Live TV" input to "Antenna TV", no, the TV still forgets antenna channels every startup.

I was willing to accept that the first TV was possibly just an isolated event but two TVs, bought a year apart, different sizes, using different antennas in different rooms, having the same exact issue? This is absolutely a platform issue.

I was able to "fix" the issue by turning on "hide streaming channels" in the Live TV settings, then and ONLY then does it remember antenna channels after turning off. This absolutely shouldn't be the case and I'm stunned that this issue is still a problem after a year (first encountered this issue last year)

What's the hold up? I'd think after a year this issue would've been solved or patched.
