All channels guide shows" no information available". Apparently I'm not the only one having same issue by following other users topics. Please find the below with all the information " about" Roku. System got restarted, updated l, disconnected and connected again. Cables checked. The issue seems to be from the Roku side. Kindly advice or update with some patch software ver. to fix.

Could you share some more info about the issue?
- Do you see “No Information” immediately, or does it happen after a certain amount of time?
- Are you using an antenna? If so, are the antenna channels showing no information?
- Lastly, can you send us a photo? (If possible)
In the meantime, try performing a software update on your Roku TV to see if there are any changes.
