Roku Mobile app not detecting Roku TV

My roku TV isn't detected in my roku app at least half the time. I've made sure they're on the same wifi. It worked once after clearing the cache but that only worked one time. I went to my Google home app and it is able to find the TV and power off, volume controls, etc. Any suggestions on how to fix the roku app?

Roku TV Missing from Mobile App

I have 5 Roku devices. In the app on my phone, there are only 4 devices listed in my account. The missing device is a Roku TV. All 5 devices are listed under one email address. I have performed a factory reset on the missing device and set it up again with the same email address. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. I only have one network and one email address. The television does show up in available devices. When I touch the three dots to edit device details, I am prompted to sign in. When I sign in, I am directed to sign in using the registered account. UGH! I only have one account. Yes, if I go to System, About, on the television, it shows my correct email address. All I want to do here is have Google turn my device off and on. Google can't find the device because it isn't listed on my account. FYI, it use to be. One day it just disappeared. Please help a girl out!

Headphones mode disconnects when navigating away

I use the private listening every day for years with no problem, recently as I'm watching something on my tcl roku tv connected to iPhone 16 pro max through my airpods, if I use my phone to check weather or open any app the audio disconnects every time. I've tried resetting router, the tv, deleted app and nothing fixes the problem. It's been going on for 6 months, even when I had the iPhone 14 pro max. I thought a new phone might solve the problem but it didn't. Anyone else have this issue?

Can't link other TV to Amazon Alexa

My Roku account shows (correctly) that I have two TVs. My Roku app only shows one TV in the "Devices in Account". Both TVs appear on the network and I can control them via the app... but I cannot link one of my TVs to Amazon Alexa because it doesn't appear as a Device in Account on the app. Thoughts?

Roku Mobile app - TV power button is disappear (Android)

Until today, ive had the TV power button available in the roku app on android mobile. Today the button disappeared. I've uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, no luck. Using a roku ultra hard wired to TV on wifi network. Everything was working until today. Any help to get that functionality back would be greatly appreciated. Ty.

Can’t reconnect Roku because physical remote with purchase was broken

When I got my roku the remote was broken but I never reached out to have it replaced because I downloaded the app. Now I have a new internet connection, but according to the responses on this forum I can’t reconnect my Roku to the internet without a physical remote. There is no contact number on the website so I can’t speak to anyone, but I am not sure how to get this resolved.

"Your device doesn't meet our security requirements" error on iOS

I haven't been able to log into the mobile app for about a year now similar to many of the other posts here. I've always just gotten a "something went wrong" error but today it gave me something new: "Your device doesn't meet our security requirements because it has been modified or uses untrusted software. To learn more, see the compatibility help page." The compatibility page says I need to be on iOS 14.0 or later. I'm using an iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS version 18.1.1, Roku App version 12.2.0. I have never tried to root or jailbreak my iPhone, modify the Roku app (or any other app), or install mobile apps from anywhere except the official Apple app store. * I have rebooted my phone today and the error persists. * I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app today and the error persists. * I can sign in to the my.roku website and this community forum so I know my password. What steps can I take to resolve this error? Is there any further information I need to provide?

I have reset my password as well to test that. This is a repost of a post I had active for 8 months that marked as solved accidentally when I was trying to bump it. Over the course of the 8 months I was assured a fix is on the way but not fix has ever appeared. I was assured repeatedly that "the team" is working on it but never a single detail about an update on the issue. Multiple other users had replied to the post that they are affected by this bug as well. What do we need to do to get this resolved?
