    Roku Sensors not available

Roku Home monitor entry sensor availability I purchased the system a month ago and have to get more entry sensors to make the system effective. They are sold out everywhere I have looked. Have they been discontinued?? I hope I did not waste my money on a product that is not usable?

Home Monitoring can connect to Multiple Hubs?

I can't hear my siren in bedroom upstairs at other end of house. Can I hook up more than one hub and have more than one hub controlling different cameras? This seems like a solution to be able to hear the siren at other parts of the house, but want to make sure more than one hub doesn't cause issues with the other hub or devices. I have the app and works fine, but I want more than one hub if I can.

Smart Home App – Unable to Receive Monitoring Certificate

Hello. I am trying to get the Smart Home App to send me a "Monitoring Certificate" for my insurance company. I can get to the point of requesting the certificate and having the system tell me that it will email me the certificate, and then I even receive an email that has a "download link" to get the certificate, BUT, when I press on the download link button, all I get is "That link has expired"..... ??? !!! How could a link that is supposed to be valid for 48 hours (as stated in the email), expire within seconds of being requested? I hope this is just a glitch, but there has to be another way for us to get this required and essential piece of information. Please advise and assist if able. Thank you. PJ

360 camera keeps saying device is offline

When I got my 360 camera it was working great and after a few weeks it just keeps going offline. I have did a factory reset multiple times, I tried putting it as close to my WiFi modem as possible, I’ve unplugged my modem and plugged it back in, and I’ve tried unplugging it for 10 seconds then plugging it back it and it only goes back online for maybe an hour then immediately go back offline. I also have a outdoor door bell but I never have any issues with that only the 360 cam could someone please provide a fix.

What Smoke detector works with Home Monitoring System?

I would also like to know. I am considering switching over to Roku home security but my home owners insurance requires smoke detectors that can be monitored by a central alarm.

Can Roku Cameras be accessed by other people?

So two of my adult children live with my 82 year old mom. We have a camera in her living room, one in her bedroom (in case of falls) and my daughter has one in her room to check on her cat when she is at work. Could other people ( visitors, other family members, etc) be able to access the cameras with their own account and us not know it?

Why isn’t there a way to grant access to view cameras without giving full administrative access.

I am trying to understand why there is no way outside of sharing my log in credentials to grant access to Roku smart home. My teenage daughter wants to be able to receive notifications and view feeds. For security and to check on her pets etc but I’m not comfortable granting her the ability to delete footage and turn off cameras. This seems like a simple feature to add that people have been requesting for years… wtf Roku I only have one camera was going to buy the entire system with indoor, outdoor cameras etc but this feature has me writing Roku off.
