    How to watch local channels?

How do I set up local channels? I have my antenna connected to my ROKU TV. When I go to LIVE TV I see all the channels from across the country. Not my local broadcast channels. I went to the ROKU Community and saw some directions to do this: Settings > TV Inputs > Live TV > Manage Channels > Hide streaming channels ...but after following these directions when I go back to LIVE TV I still get all the channels from across the country. I had to rescan the channels to get just my LOCAL broadcast channels. When I go to LIVE TV I (again) lose my LOCAL channels and still only get all the channels from across the country. Also, I do not have a TV Guide of all my channels that are local for me. I had to follow the directions from the ROKU Community, then rescan my LOCAL Channels...but still loose them (again) when I go to LIVE TV. How do I get my list of LOCAL Channels to stay on LIVE TV...with a TV GUIDE of what to view.

    YouTube Chinese interference

Why is it that after a YouTube video has played for 10 minutes or so.....all of a sudden the video is replaced by a Chinese woman crocheting? or a Chinese teenager playing a video game? or a Chinese Commercial? This has been happening to me for at least a year now. So annoying. Aside from that problem; when a YouTube station is playing a previously aired news program - the picture shown on screen does not match the news story that they are talking about? For example, I often get a still picture of President Donald Trump.....instead of a picture of the immigrants crossing the border. Does this happen to anyone else? I really don't know who to contact to report this. Seems like a hack to me.

    Black screen on Youtube app

Ok, so this only happens on YouTube. I have read through some of the other posts regarding YouTube starting with a black screen. No, the problem we're having is that every time YouTube breaks for an add, the screen goes black.. you can hear sound on the back ground, but you lose the picture for a few seconds. I have tried to look for a setting to change this as suggested and we cannot find it. I have tried looking on the roku settings and changed display settings and nope, that didn't fix anything. Btw, we have the latest model of the ultra. Also it should be noted that we do not have that problem with any other app - only with YouTube. we've Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and this doesn't fix the problem. Lastly, I've tried a different unit and NOPE, same issue. HELP

    Alternative to Roku Media Player?

I've recently started using Roku Media Player to stream music from a UPnP server built into my router. This works OK but RMP is somewhat lacking in features. For instance, it would be nice to see the time elapsed and remaining in the current track. Are there any other channels that can connect directly to the UPnP server without having to run something like Plex on another computer? -- oobleck

How to contact Roku Support about Parent Trap movie concern

I see nothing about contacting support. Here is the issue and it's quite frustrating. Doesn't seem to be a way to contact someone for individual apps. My granddaughters love movie the Parent Trap. Although it appears that it on apps, free , such as the guy now, Classico...it's the original that always is available, not the one they relate to, with Lindsey Lohan. This has happened over and over. The photo, write up about movie is the later version but when you get to watch it, it's the original. Not only is that false advertising over and over again but quite annoying. Who can fix this? Thank you

ESPN app will not activate on Roku

I'm an Xfinity subscriber. My channel pkg includes all the ##ESPN channels. I use Roku to watch TV. A few times a year I want to catch tennis events, which are programmed on ESPN. As of this year, the ESPN app on Roku WILL NOT ACTIVATE no matter what I try. I've uninstalled the app, restarted my Roku, reinstalled it... I've tried it on multiple Roku systems. When I try to link ESPN app to my TV provider (Xfinity), i get the success message on my browser, but the app on Roku never updates...it never actually links up. I spend $$$ on my Xfinity bundle, $$$ on Roku, plus I have a Disney+ login. What the **bleep**?!

How to view my watching history?

Is there a way to view my viewing history? For example how long and when did I last watch the Netflix channel, YouTube, Prime, etc. I understand that Roku cannot tell me exactly what I watched on Netflix but they must know when I last opened the Netflix app and for how long. I have read that the Roku device itself does not store a viewing history but it must be in some database somewhere. Also understand that most channel apps have a history. I want to see a list of channels and when I watched them. Thanks
