Have to restart Indoor Cameras constantly to be able to view

I have three Indoor SE Camera's that I've had for a few months. Previously they worked great. Viewing recorded events was a little slow sometimes because my previous internet provider had pretty bad upload/Download speeds. So to remedy this, I decided to switch internet providers. The speed I have now is 3x faster than my previous provider. I got all the cameras swapped over to my new WIFI router. All the connections say the signal strength is great. My router software says the connection is great to all three cameras but now anytime I try to pull up the Live feed of any camera on my Roku app or Roku Tvs....9 times out of 10 they will not connect. They are still recording events and sending notifications properly but the only way to pull up the live feed is resetting the camera. I reset and it instantly works....but then if you swap to a different camera....they will not connect again. This is beyond frustrating. Has anyone else had this happen or know what might be going on? I have uninstalled/reinstalled smart home app, made sure its fully up to date, made sure all cameras have the latest firmware. Read all the support documentation. Pretty much at a loss.

    No continuous recording options

When I first realized that there is no options for continuous recording on the doorbell or the 360 cam it really didn't matter to me and I just figured out of site out of mind. Well, a few days ago a serious crime occurred in site line of both of my cameras. The authorities were ecstatic due to the fact I had two separate points of view for them. (One of which we were hoping would actually be following the suspect.) Unfortunately for them and for my personal ego, none of the actual crime was recorded do to the fact the camera stops recording no matter what at a certain time after it starts recording. Had there been an option to record continuously and I had it turned on, the authorities would not being having issues right now finding out who murdered the person in front of my house. I guess if you are rooting for the bad guy then you guys shouldn't change a thing, but if you are rooting for the victim of the senseless crime id consider adding an option for continuous recording..... Especially for those who pay for the subscription like myself. Just food for thought.

    360 Indoor Camera Setup

I have seven indoor cameras, one of them is a 360. The 360 camera has firmware than the others. I use the home app on three Roku streaming devices and Android phone and an Android tablet all of them have issues connecting to the cameras. I get the spinning dial and then unable to connect message. On the tablet the 360 camera is the only camera I can connect to. They used to work all fine on all devices before they updated. I really like they're streaming devices but these cameras are a disaster.

    Roku Camera won't Setup

Hello! I have an indoor Roku camera that I removed from the app following the instructions. Now, I am unable to set it up again. I have done all steps listed in this forum and none work. The red light remains solid and I am unable to get it to the blinking phase (yes, I pushed the set up button, yes, I held it down, yes, I attempted this multiple times, yes, I have tried unplugging it and switching outlets). What to do when the instructions do not work?

Use Google Home Mini as doorbell chime

I have linked my Roku account with the Google Home app, and my doorbell appears in the list of devices. I cannot, however, find a way to turn visitor announcements on or access any other device setting. Nor does the doorbell appear in the list of starter devices and, consequently, cannot be used to start an automation routine. This post (replace all occurrences of "Wyze" with "Roku") outlines a method that would probably work with a Roku doorbell if a Roku plug is a Google Home automation starter device. I don't have a plug to test. Is anyone using a Google Home Mini as a Roku doorbell press announcer?

Cameras record only as 12-second videos

I, like many others on here added a new camera to my existing 3 cameras and can't view the recordings. I have the $99 plus plan. I show the purple house check mark under the subscription section of my accounts for all the cameras including the new one. In the events I just see a still frame of a '12 second' recording that doesn't load. All events captured with the new are 12 seconds, so something seems amiss. All the other cameras work as intended. What's interesting is the 3 existing cameras notifications show up in android as a purple roku logo but the new one is a blue roku logo. Does that mean it's not properly recognized under my plus plan? I have done all of this: Ensure that the Roku Smart Home app and camera firmware are up to date. Ensure that motion and sound are turned on in the Events Recording setting. Check if there are no event recording schedules. Restart the modem and router, and ensure that the camera is connected to the network and receiving enough connection. Restart Camera. Restart the Roku Smart Home App and try to sign out and sign back in. I get notifications fine, I just cannot access the recordings. It might be worth pointing out that there are no 'premium' options under the camera for smart recording such as package, person, etc. So this really makes me feel like there is a glitch there, but I've uninstalled, removed, re-added, reset and done everything I could think of to no avail. Please advise. This is an indoor 360
