Speakers are being automatically disabled after being enabled
I discovered yesterday that I am experiencing this issue. The speakers were working correctly prior to my noticing that they were no longer transmitting audio. My setup includes a TCL Roku televison, a pair of Roku 9030X speakers, and a Roku Subwoofer. I have proceeded to Factory Reset the televison (System -> Advanced system settings -> Factory Reset), but the speakers will not pair with the televison (Settings -> Remotes & devices -> Speakers -> Add new speakers -> Wireless speakers). Speakers are in pairing mode (flashing light on back of speaker). Speakers are not detected. No error messages are displayed. For me the speakers seem to connect but then goes to update and stays there till they timeout. The speakers never update so can't be fully paired to use. This happened last night when we tried to connect to new tv since old stopped working.136Views0likes29CommentsNo soundbar audio with mono audio sources
I have a Roku TV Wireless Soundbar (9301R) and I get no audio when my audio source is 1.0 ch. Mono on the Plex app. The two ways to work around this is to set my audio output settings from the soundbar back to the built-in TV speakers OR use the Plex app through my PlayStation 5 rather than the Roku TV version of the app. Is this a problem with the soundbar/TV or the Roku TV version of the Plex app?37Views1like2CommentsNo 5.1 when plugged into LG TV
I have an LG 4K TV (65UF9500) and can't get 5.1 audio options from either of my Rokus (4K+ & Express), only stereo. I get 5.1 from either Roku when plugged into my AVR, but then I can't get 4K because it's limited to 1080p. I've spent hours and tried each of the many fixes I found, but to no avail. I think it's possible that it has something to do with the TV only having Dolby Digital (not Dolby Digital Plus) and the EDID limiting the Roku to stereo. Does this sound right? Is there a fix?11Views0likes0CommentsAudio dropouts and needs constant restarting

Hi, i just purchased a Roku stream bar. I also have 9020x speakers which will not pair. My tv is not Roku enabled. But the wireless speakers said compatible with Roku stream bar so I purchased one to use the speakers. I’m following instructions but the stream bar does not recognize the speakers. I’m stuck with speakers I can’t use. Are they not compatible? thanks LJSolved910Views1like31CommentsStreambar 9102R frequent reboot
I am having ongoing issues with the streambar. Sound quality issues (Static, etc... on all channels), freezing and rebooting. The problems occur sporadically, sometimes its ok for a month or so and then it happens frequently - daily, every couple of days. I am at the point where I am done with this, but it wasn't cheap and I don't want to be frequently rebuying. Looking for some assistance here as it seems to be a chronic issue with this model. Originally our DVD player worked through the streambar - if we switched the dvd player on it would come straight on the TV and the sound came out of the streambar. After a software update on the streambar this stopped happening and the dvd sound only came out of the TV speaker. We've recently decided to try again and bought a new dvd player in case it was the old dvd player. We've plugged the HDMI cable into the TV, set it up as instructed but it's still not working, we have to select the output on the TV remote and the sound only comes out of the TV speaker. We've tried the HDMI cable in both the STB and DVI sockets, the streambar is plugged into the ARC socket. How do we get the dvd to play through the streambar?73Views1like7Comments
