Roku Streambar sound cutting out while using HDMI

Hello, I, like many others here, am incredibly frustrated with the constant audio cutouts (randomly, at least 2-3 times per hour, sometimes 2-3 times every 5 min) while using HDMI sources connected to the TV. This issue is beyond annoying — it's a total "show stopper". (no audio cutout observed when using roku OS, although not using it a lot). I've gone through all the usual "troubleshooting" steps: swapping HDMI cables, power cycling the Streambar, etc., yet the problem still persists. When I use another soundbar from a different brand with the same TV and cables, it works perfectly — no issues, for years. What is even more frustrating is reading this issue has been ongoing for years with no real solution. Roku’s typical response of "we will contact you separately" is just lip service — it does little for the community at large, the expected purpose of this site. If this doesn’t get fixed very soon, I’ll be returning this product while I’m still within the return window. It's a shame because when it does work, the bar offers great value, but this constant audio dropout is unacceptable. My model 9102EU | SW 13.1.4.1515 | device ID 2E1288XXXXXX

Turning off headphone jack mode while still plugged in to the headphone jack on Roku TV

I purchased a Bluetooth external device that enables me to use Bluetooth headphones with my non Bluetooth Roku Onn tv when plugged into the headphone audio jack on the tv. I am able to pair my Bluetooth headphones successfully to the tv using this device. I am wondering how to turn off headphone (jack) mode while it is still plugged into the tv so we can go back and forth from headphone to speakers without unplugging or unpairing the external Bluetooth device and wireless headphones. Please advise.

Audio was great. Now it's too quiet with no Expanded Audio

I am experiencing a problem recently with the audio from my Roku Streambar Pro and two Roku TV Wireless Speakers I have had the Roku Streambar Pro for some time and added the two back speakers in May. I connected the Roku Streambar Pro using ARC and the sound was great. While moving some furniture, I unplugged the rear speakers. After plugging them back in, the sound isn’t so hot. Now, I must turn the TV volume up twice as loud to hear anything well and it's the only chance of hearing the dialogue. And the Expanded Audio setting is grayed out on every streaming app apart from Amazon Music. That music app is the only one that sounds amazing with audio that fills the room. I tried pairing the speakers again, but that hasn’t helped. I’ve also tried every audio setting, but no dice. Boosting the dialogue obviously makes voices louder, but the quality of the sound is lousy with that setting. Can you please tell me how to get things back to what they once were and also offer suggestions for getting Expanded Audio to activate on other apps?

No audio when screen mirroring from my Roku TV to Windows 11 PC.

I'm screen mirroring from a Win11 PC to a Roku tv. I am using HDMI cable. I've changed the audio output setting to "tv speakers." I have occasionally succeeded in getting the audio through the tv but cannot seem to duplicate what I did earlier so no audio coming through. Also, my PC isn't recognizing the tv in the "add device" option in settings. Any suggestions short of buying all of Roku's accessories?

Foreground & background sound problems on my 4k 43” Hisense Roku TV (6Series-43) on 10-4-2024 update

When I watch videos and play games, the people speaking in the background are significantly quieter than the foreground audio. The foreground audio is so loud but the background audio is so quiet even when the person in the background is in the scene as the other person that’s speaking to the person on the right. I tried changing my audio settings, factory resetting and force restarting my TV. This was never a problem until after I finished installing the new Roku Software update version 14.0 that was released on 10-4-2024. It’s really annoying and it’s hard to enjoy watching videos, movies, tv, listening to music and playing games. Please fix ASAP.

Roku switching inputs & turning off by itself, and turns on/off if you touch the top strip

I have factory reset twice, unplugged for an entire night, turned off CEC, turned off one touch, checked for updates (there are none), changed batteries twice, turned off the ability to be controlled by the app Incase it's someone else doing this- I'm out. I don't know what else to do. The TV switches input on its own, turns off whenever it feels like it or if I try to close the input window while it's up. If I close the input switching window, it'll come right back up. If I touch the top of the tv, it either turns off/on, or starts to control itself. I'm lost. I don't know what this would be or what to try next. There's nothing plugged into it either. I'm at such a loss, it's only happening to my tv, no one else's in my house. It's making me lose my mind. What do I do?

What device should I buy for my TV?

Looking at purchasing Roku speakers/soundbar setup to help get tv sound into other rooms of the house. What would be the best devices to allow audio from the tv and the external device(s) simultaneously? I have a TCL Roku TV

How do I fix my TCL Roku tv Black screen/ dim light

My daughter was watching tv and all of a sudden the screen went black, we can still hear everything but the screen was black . I’ve only had this tv for 6 months so I’m confused as to what is going on. I’ve tried holding the power button on the both the remote and the tv to reset, I’ve unplugged it , I’ve used the reset button on the back of the tv, I’ve changed the picture mode using the dictation to movie, I’ve factory reset it and nothing seems to work. When I turn on the tv you can see the red screen for just a split second before it goes dark. You can tell the tv is a low dim cause at a certain angle you can see the words on the screen very faintly . what should I do

Roku Smart Soundbar (9101X) is having an issue with the reboot loop when finishing the update

Came home to a solid orange light on the front. Unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it just goes back to solid orange. If I hold the reset button for 10 seconds, it will goto a white and then green light, but it eventually just goes back to orange and will reboot every ~3 minutes. I own 3 of these, and the other two are working fine.
