Backdrops is not launching after streaming on Disney+
This is a bit of a grey area as to where to post the issue. Backdrops is set to automatically launch after 30 minutes and seems to work fine except when I stream on Disney+. At night while sleeping I will stream Star Wars Clone Wars episodes on Disney+ the entire night. After so many episodes, Disney+ will stop automatically playing the next episode. I assume this is a built-in operation through their service to save bandwidth or something or other. Anyway, when this occurs and the Roku/Disney+ are idle the Roku screensaver will launch after a couple of minutes but will never launch Backdrops. Is this because Disney+ prevents Backdrops from launching, meaning Backdrops will only launch from the Roku Home Screen and not if some other service has been streaming? Is Disney+ behaving as expected as I have described it? I do have all relevant Roku device settings for saving bandwidth and idling turned off.
Why am I being flagged for acceptable content on screensavers
Why am I being flagged for wanting to use a pic of myself at my swimming pool for being shirtless from the chest up. What in the world is inappropriate about that? Are we all going to have to cover up and swim in clothing now or never been seen in public shirtless. Is this the future ROKU is supporting. Get out of my bedroom..
Themes Aquatic does not work.
My Brand New Roku device does not allow me to "remove" the default theme packages (wallpapers & screensavers) that have a check mark. I have chosen the Aquatic Life as my screensaver, however, it does not activate no matter what I've done. When I click on the default themes that are checked, the system does not show the option to remove them. Therefore, the ugly wallpaper pops up every time. I've disabled the setting for wallpaper but there are too many wallpapers that show a check mark that won't let me do anything to remove them. It just asks me if I want to activate. If I say yes, I'm still unable to remove it as an option. This is ridiculous and frustrating. My daughter has a roku and their Aquatic Life automatically comes on all the time. Also, within "My Themes" I'm not able to remove all that seems to be checked, which I never added to "My Themes" in the first place. It's like Roku decided to put a bunch of stuff in this folder. Huh? The Roku app does not have an answer for this issue. I've followed their steps but nothing works. Ugh! Hopefully someone out there can help me. Thank you!
