  The ship above the Bladerunner building looks like the mother ship from Close Encounters, but actually... It is a flying video screen mounted on a blimp/dirigible type craft that flew over the city displaying advertising in Bladerunner.

  The original model was mounted over the center of the bar at The State Bar in Dallas for years. No idea how the bar came to possess it or where it is today. But that..... is why in the world I recognized it.

The hole with “lights” looks like the Sarlacc (Return of the Jedi)
The sparking wires, the windows and the blue lights along the walls remind me of the Death Star with the sparking wires being cut from Luke and Vader’s final duel.

Also, the "fuzzy dice" really are dice, they were hanging in the Falcon during the original Star Wars and were referenced in The Last Jedi as well.
I thought the cat was also from Alien, I remember it being on the life pod with her after she went back to save it.
