ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Tennis Channel won’t accept new password I tried all of the suggested fixes, but still was unable to sign into Roku Tennis Channel app. Tennis Channel tech support strongly suggested that I either use a 2022 or later Roku box or an Amazon Fire Stick. I’ve subsequently purchased an Amazon Fire Stick. I added all of my Roku Channels to the Amazon Fire Stick and all Channels including Tennis Channel Plus work with no problems. I successfully signed in on the Tennis Channel app on the first try. Problem solved. My Roku Ultra LT was manufactured in 2020 and was out of date and no longer compatible with the Tennis Channel software updates. A 2022 or later Roku box might very well have also worked correctly with the Roku Tennis Channel app, but I opted for the Amazon Fire Stick instead. Re: Tennis Channel won’t accept new password Thanks for the suggestion. I did go to the tennis channel from my ipad and reset my tc plus password. The Apple Tennis Channel app does accept my new password on my ipad and iphone. However, the Roku Channel Tennis Channel app still won’t accept either the new or previous password. Tennis Channel won’t accept new password Tennis Channel app auto logged me out on Feb 19, 2025 while I was viewing a match on TC Plus. This Roku app then prompted me to subscribe or to log in. My subscription is current and I was able to open the Apple TC Plus app on my ipad. I next deleted and reinstalled TC app on my Roku device using the Apple Roku app on my ipad. Following this step, I checked for TC Roku app update and reset and created a new password. Unfortunately the Roku TC app won’t accept my new password. The Roku model is Ultra LT. Are there any other Roku TC Plus users experiencing this problem SolvedRe: [Waiting on Partner] Tennis Channel Issues When the Tennis Channel app finally opened for unknown reason, the app displayed a written prompt to go to activation web page to enter the provided activation code. I did so and then successfully entered my subscription e mail address and password. After that TC Plus has opened and worked correctly except for once when I was prompted to log back on again although I had never logged out. Instead of logging back in, I closed the Roku app and opened the TC app on my phone. My phone app didn’t request log on. After this I immediately reopened the Roku TC app, and this time it opened up and didn’t require log in. This was several days ago and the Roku TC app continues to open and function correctly and without requiring new log in. I had previously started 2 tickets with TC customer service and had provided all requested technical data. The 2nd ticket was started by phone with a TC customer service rep who said that he was going to escalate the crashing issue. The 1st ticket was closed with no action and I never received any feedback on the 2nd ticket. I have no idea why the app has started working again. My Roku device is Ultra LT. Re: [Waiting on Partner] Tennis Channel Issues Roku Tennis Channel opened today for the first time in 2 months. The channel required me to reactivate my subscription with a provided activation code followed by sign in with the associated e mail address and password. I successfully completed these steps and Tennis Channel currently both opens and plays correctly. Hopefully this functionality will continue. Re: [Waiting on Partner] Tennis Channel Issues By all indications, your assessment appears to be correct. Re: [Waiting on Partner] Tennis Channel Issues Tennis Channel tech support has known about this issue for 2 months. Unfortunately, there still is still no remedy at this time. Re: [Waiting on Partner] Tennis Channel Issues Tennis Channel tech support cancelled my first ticket on this issue two weeks ago without taking any action. I next discussed the crashing issue in detail with TC customer service. I provided all technical information for my Roku Ultra LT and was told that this issue was being escalated to next level tech support. Tech support was to reach out to me by phone or e mail. This was a week ago and I’ve received no communication from tech support. Re: [Waiting on Partner] Tennis Channel Issues Is Roku Tennis Channel app version 1.0 build 29 incompatible with the Roku OS 13 which updated last month? If yes, are the Tennis Channel developers working on an update to correct the incompatibility issues? Also, why does the Tennis Channel version in the Roku channel download page show as 9.0, but installs as the same 1.0 build 29 version? Last month on or about the 14th (of May), the Tennis Channel icon graphics changed to black and started and continues to crash back to Roku home page every time I click on it to open and view it. Also, earlier in the month of May, the Tennis Channel app would open, but required me to sign back in every few days. Re: [Waiting on Partner] Tennis Channel Issues I have a Roku Ultra LT. Tennis Channel app always crashes even after doing all suggested fixes. I can, however, open and log into TC Plus when in Roku Guest Mode which can be accessed thru Roku settings. Problem is that when you enter Roku Guest Mode, Roku auto signs you out of all of your Roku channels. You can add the same channels to your guest mode home page and attempt to sign in. Not all channels might allow sign in when in guest mode. After exiting Roku Guest Mode, you’ll have to log back in to your channels.
