laptop to roku bluetooth not working

I want to stream music from my laptop to roku streambar and speakers (have Roku 4K tv, streambar and wireless speakers) by bluetooth but no success.

Bluetooth enabled and connected , tv to laptop, and laptop to media room roku.   Does pc need to be connected to streambar instead?  Can find no way to do that.

Not all Roku TVs support Bluetooth, but you should be able to connect to the Streambar.
