I've had my Roku for about a year and it randomly disconnected from my WiFi, and won't reconnect. I have restarted my Roku, restarted the WiFi settings, unplugged everything and factory reset my Roku and still it refuses to connect. It's not my wifi as my other Roku is still connected and the problem Roku won't connect to hotspot either. Any suggestions? cause I'm about ready to quit using Roku if I can't resolve it or have to get a new one!

What is Roku model number on the non-working device? (look under Settings/System/About).

Also, what is the model number(s) of the working Roku devices?
