It would help to know the model number of your Roku device that's displayed under Settings->System->About and how you're powering it. If you're using your TV's USB port to power it, it may not supply sufficient power.
Any time you have an issue with your Roku device, the first thing to try is a "System restart" found under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power depending on your Roku model. It can also help to restart all of your network equipment (gateway/modem/router) even if everything else is working.
