@Jimkellycoles, that's a hardware failure.  TCL TVs seem to be prone to them.  You'll have to contact them.

If you find that you are out of warranty, you can purchase a new wifi module for your RokuTV on ebay for under $10. (wifi module (NIC), or bad grounding of the wifi module is the normal culprit).  One phillips head screw and should be back in business.

I think the C127x is the TCL 43s421.  You should find the exact model number and then search Ebay but here is the link to the module I believe should work. (tcl c127x 43s421 wifi module).  Of course, should disassemble (remove back cover of TV) and check the existing part to make sure it matches.

The exact same thing happened to me and cannot get any help from roku in solving the issue.
