Roku not accepting my password when Connecting to wifi

All 5 of my roku express suddenly won’t accept my WiFi password.

We would like to further investigate this issue that you had with the Roku Express since it won't accept the password of your Wi-Fi. Can you please provide the following information below?

  • May we know what error messages or codes are you getting?
  • Did we recently make any changes to your network or network provider?
  • When did the issue start?
