I would guess that you'd need
settings/system/advanced system settings/network connection reset
to regain the hotel & dorm connect prompt. Make sure you have saved all the passwords for other connections you have saved on the roku because I guess you'd have to reinput those if you still need them.
Hotel & dorm connect wasn't removed as far as I know.
