I have a Roku Premiere+ 3921RW that got disconnected from my home wifi and now can't find any network. We have reset both the Roku and router, I have tried scanning for the network as well as manually inputting the SSID. The router we have is a TP-Link AX23000 which has both 5G and 2.4 GHz set up. How can I get this reconnected?
Hello @Kim91042
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!
If you are getting an error code or message, refer to this link for common Roku error codes and their recommended actions: How to connect your Roku device to the internet using Wi-Fi or Ethernet
You can also try configuring your router and use wireless channels 1, 6, or 11 which are the preferred channels in North America. Each time you change the wireless channel, you will likely need to apply/save changes before you are prompted to restart the router.
Let us know if there's any difference after.
All the best,
Kariza
Can you verify the router model number again? Are you sure it is not an AC2300 or AX3000? Seem to have a wrong letter or too many numbers in your router model number.
Also, if you have a mobile hotspot available to you, are you able to connect the Roku Premiere+ (3921) to it? This model can only use the 2.4ghz band so you may have to configure the hotspot to use the 2.4ghz band as well. This should help let us know if the device can connect to a network.
