No remote and can’t connect to Wi-Fi

my parents lost my remote to the tv and it’s not connected to the Wi-Fi and it’s a 24 inch tv so there’s only one button and I don’t have a Ethernet cord. Also I have a Roku premiere remote but i don’t know if it will connect. And all I wanna do is turn my volume down

Re: No remote and can’t connect to Wi-Fi

To get it connected to Wi-Fi you must have a remote and the one from the Premiere won't work on a Roku TV.  You need a remote from the manufacturer (TCL, Hisense, etc.), a Roku Voice Remote, or a universal remote that supports Roku TVs.

Those single buttons on TVs usually perform multiple functions.  When the TV is on, try pressing it to see if a menu pops up.
