Thanks for your response.
Somehow, I got it working. What I ended up doing was combining the 2.4 and 5 branches, deleting a bunch of unrecognized devices and pulling the plug rebooting. I was able to connect the Roku. However, I had to reconnect a bunch of my other devices.
Not happy with the process but it worked. … at least for now.
Good to hear. Just keep in mind (in case you are not aware), all the devices you listed, the 3700, 3900, and 3930 are single band 2.4ghz-only devices.
If you encounter a future issue, it will be something related to that band. Other devices may be connecting fine, even on the 2.4ghz band or 5ghz band.
Hopefully, you are good to go now. Feel free to post back if you encounter other issues or need more help.
Hi Community users,
If you are experiencing an issue with connecting to your Xfinity/Cox wireless network and are using an Arris router, can you please provide us with the following information:
Model
ESN
DID
Your router's Mac address (find it on a sticker directly on your Arris router)
Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.
Thanks,
Danny
