I think you people are stupid or something. WE ARE NOT the IT DEPARTMENT. My Roku showed the wifi connection but there was no way to choose a 5g or 2.4 connection.
PEOPLE - just buy firestick and it will fix your problem without trying to post in some stupid forum that never gets answered. This is customer service???? LOL
Okay. I have switched over to 2.4Ghz. We'll see if anything changes. I'm somewhat doubtful since the device eventually would not recognizing any local WiFi network until a system restart was performed.
Is there a way to rollback to a previous update, just to check if that is causing any of my symptoms?
...OR can you tell us how to resolve the issue. My glitch rate just peeked at 7833. Help us, Roku.
Switch to fire stick. It is so much better.
