I’ve tried steps 1:n countless times. Nothing seems to work getting an internet connection except serendipity, not very logical. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I am also experiencing this same issue and have tried every solution mentioned here including resetting drivers from the secret menu. I have a Roku 3920. Would love any guidance/help.
Hi @Gorcey
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!
Could you tell us specifically the troubleshooting you've done? Please also reply here with the serial number of the affected Roku device. It can be found in Settings > System > About.
Moreover, please be advised that your Roku Premiere 3920 is only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum. Ensure that your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
All the best,
Kariza
