Type your router’s IP address into a web browser. Login with the admin username and password then go to the advanced settings than and update the LAN settings to “allow special characters”.
I just ran the update and have tried the system restart, hard restart with the paper clip on the back, secrete menu, I have two rokus that worked fine up until this last up date. The wireless is completely not working. My last resort is to go into my wireless modem and do a system restart, but this is pretty rediculous since the common denominator here is the roku update. If this happens again and I have to spend money I will switch to a different streaming unit. It is also pretty rediculous that there is no place to get a hold of roku
