2 different messages regarding wi fi

In settings Roku says I’m connected with excellent signal. If I try to change channel I get message saying I’m not connected. RDK 03033 code. Stuck on one channel

Thanks for the post.

For clarification, are you getting the error code you mentioned above on a specific channel? Also, have you checked the other apps installed on your Roku if you are able to access them without any issues?
