Thank you ! This was exactly my problem. Funny it happened after recent update. WiFi connection working great now. Before my WiFi network wasn’t found even when I typed it in myself.

Thank you so much. I have Cox modem with Nighthawk router and Roku would not connect through my 5GHz and did not have ability to change channel as suggested. My 2.4GHz was already set to b/g/n so all I had to do was turn off 5GHz from router wireless settings, select 2 GHz network name from Roku network, login and it finally worked. Finally I have my Roku TV back!

I don't have Xfi wifi. I have Verizon mobile hotspot. I have changed to the 2.4 ghz and also to the 5 ghz. I have done the factory reset and all the steps to most posts and Youtube videos.  Still no connection. Still my roku has not found my network. When I first bought this years ago,  worked fine. Frustrating.

sorry to hear that! It’s just not right when we have no connection 😂

If it came with any paperwork read and make sure it supports hotspots

Have you turned of the 5g off and try connecting to 2.4g some older Roku’s are not supported if that works turn the 5g back on
