Thank you ! This was exactly my problem. Funny it happened after recent update. WiFi connection working great now. Before my WiFi network wasn’t found even when I typed it in myself.

Thank you so much. I have Cox modem with Nighthawk router and Roku would not connect through my 5GHz and did not have ability to change channel as suggested. My 2.4GHz was already set to b/g/n so all I had to do was turn off 5GHz from router wireless settings, select 2 GHz network name from Roku network, login and it finally worked. Finally I have my Roku TV back!
