Error Code 009, but other devices all have access and connectivity to interent

Last night, 1/30/25, my onn. Roku TV was no longer connected to the internet although all my other wifi devices still have access and connectivity. I have tried restarting my modem, restarting the tv, factory rest. When selecting a new network connection it will find the modem, connect to the modem, but then give me the 009 error code after about 8 secs of trying to connect. Modem signal strength is full, and interent is connected to modem and other wifi devices, what are my options?

Are you using any ISP/router mobile app that may have inadvertently "paused/blocked" the internet connection of the Roku TV?  Would also look in the router admin for any blocked devices or MAC addresses.

The 009 error is generally an inability to access the internet.

Feel free to post back with router model number and ISP if still having issues.
