@AvsGunnar Thank you!!!!! This worked, after 8 months of not being able to use Roku on three of our TVs! 

I don’t understand why this solution was not more prevalent.

I had to try 3 different wall adapters until one of them sent the right amount of electricity to the Roku box. The current Express does not provide an adapter.
