AirPlay and Roku tv App not working but connected to internet

So, my roku tv has been acting up lately, I had it for 2 or 3 months now, but there’s this issue that the airplay and the app stopped working, this also happened in HomeKit too, I have been restarting the whole tv and it still has this issue, and my phone is connected to the same WiFi as the tv, and it still doesn’t work, what do I do? it’s a TCL 43” class 4K uhd

We appreciate you for sharing this information with us, and we'd like to gather more details for us to investigate this case further. Kindly provide the following:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version. (These can all be found in Settings > System > About).
  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs. (When you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
