Remote back button does not work

My new 3 hr old Hisense 58"TV with built in Roku is already malfunctioning. Back button does not work making it difficult to maneuver.

Models per setup guide 58R6E5

Should I just box it up and return for another brand?

    Just to be clear, the Back button is next to the Home button.  If you have an Amazon Firestick, their Back button looks like Roku's Instant Replay button.
