How to offer roku a suggestion

There is no way of contacting roku to offer suggestions or ideas to make their product/service even better

Can Roku open access to permit a web browser app to be available for use on a Roku specific TV / stick!!

I have and use a Roku TV everyday andn love it, except for the fact that unlike other brands, Roku doesn't have access to the web on it's TV's.
