I love my Roku box but it's missing one App, Audible. I would love to listen to my books with a screen saver or something on the screen. Audible is very much needed on Roku.
Roku is only responsible for The Roku Channel. All other apps are created and submitted by developers and services. You will need to contact Audible to see if they will make a Roku app. From what I can tell, it is an Amazon company. Not sure if there is any access via the Prime app.
Yeah, its beyond annoying and underwhelming as a 26 yr old to have a ‘smart’ tv that wont allow for the simplest of apps. - Roku Dev Team just doesnt care to make it happen. Apple is the most difficult monopoly to deal with and we have airplay, but cant have the ease of a normal app selection. i.e. - internet explorer?
