I bought an Roku Express and can not get help because they say nobody is working due to Corona bla bla bla.
this product has a lot of problems since I went to a different hotspot and cannot get the answers I need to get this working.
it’s a shame that they expect people to buy this but do not offer any kind of real support like dealing with a real human. I am going to take my product back to the store and demand a refund!! My problem has to do with not getting an activation code because no matter what I do, it will not come to my email. I will not get back these last three hours of my life and I now hate Roku! I have a TCL Roku TV as well, what a waste of money and time! They suck!
