trouble with youtube on my roku tv
hello, just registered. my roku tv that i have had since 9-16-23, has been acting up particuarly with the youtube app. i watch utube alot, but when ever i want to watch a video, the response is quite lethargic, until video comes into play, i would say the lag time is a good 15 seconds. but the most frustrating thing is when i want to pause a video, roku is very slow in responding. a while back i uninstalled the youtube app an installed again, also checked for updates, but their were no updates available. when i watch amazon, their is also a lag that shows a black screen before streaming starts. i believe it is not my provider for internet that is causing this issue. ironic thing is, i do not have any issues when viewing off pc. i have tried about everything to my knowledge to address this issue, still no luck. one last thing, i also have a amazon firestick on my roku tv, when i use that the streaming off youtube is terrific. i am at a loss at what could be going on.
