I completed all the mentioned steps, more than once and my xfinity stream only shows my purchased items. I subscribe to Xfinity Now as well, nothing but purchased showing.

Yes. It's happening to me too. I can't watch more than 6 minutes before buffering kicks in. Maybe Xfinity wants me to purchase some new equipment. Lord, I know I'm not paying them enough.
Thank God for things like Max and Prime. Very little buffering so far.
