We're glad you're here. Let us help you further. Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue? Are you using an audio/video receiver of any sort in your home setup? Is your device connected directly to the receiver (AVR), or to your TV?
