VPN issue with Paramount+

I’m having the same issue too. I can watch the show on my phone but not on the Roku. Both devices are on the same WiFi network. I’ve restarted the Roku (more than once) and made sure it has the latest software. Other Paramount+ shows seem to work fine on the Roku. 
Has anyone come up with a good solution for this yet?

To my knowledge, I do not have a VPN or proxy on my network.

Why would it work on the phone app but not the Roku?

  My issue seems to be under control. It's really weird. And Paramount+ can't show some shows in a series because producing company.

There was recently an issue where some routers or mesh systems have an ad-blocker option that was causing problems with Paramount. Disabling the ad-blocker would fix it.

I have T-Mobile Home Internet. I’ve looked through all the settings that I have access to for the device and don’t see anything that says ad-blocker, VPN, or proxy.

I still don’t understand why I can access the show on my phone app on the WiFi network, but the Roku can’t? If it was a problem/setting with my internet/wifi, why is it working on the phone?

I appreciate the responses and I hope that I don’t seem like I’m trying to be difficult.

This issue just started for me on 12/05/2024.  It is only the three FBI series that I cannot watch.  Every other show is fine.  I know for a fact that I am not using a VPN, so I don't know why out of the blue this is happening.  I have tried every 'solution' that I could find on the internet and nothing has worked to fix the problem.  For the money paid for the service, Paramount+ needs to get this fixed sooner, rather than later.

My problem exactly! Seems to be just the FBI shows. I had been able to see earlier FBI episodes up to 12/03/24, and could access those to watch, but suddenly as of 8:45 am, 12/13/24 - now ALL of those are blocked - even ones I had previously seen. I am NOT using a VPN, and there is no reason why just these shows have been blocked. No help from Paramount support apparently - this needs to be addressed ASAP!
