There is no voice track in movie on Roku Channel

Just purchased a Roku Express 4k+ for a Father's Day gift, and the first movie he tried to watch from the Roku Channel has all sounds except for the voice track. I tried changing all audio settings, however nothing fixed it.

Also tried the same movie on my Roku Streaming Stick+ and there is background audio but no voices. Is this common to Roku Channel offerings? Issues with the Roku Channel app? The movie in question is from 2012 and currently offered on the Roku Channel in Canada.

We'd like to gather more information about the issue you're running into. Does this happen on all movies/shows on The Roku Channel or just specific titles? Please cite specific content title examples that you have tried to play in The Roku Channel that is experiencing an issue. In addition, can you please specify the exact steps you are taking to reproduce this issue so we can investigate further?
